Delete your account

You can delete your DreamScape AI account yourself, from inside the app, in under a minute.

    Open DreamScape AI and sign in to the account you want to delete.

    On the home screen, tap the profile icon in the top right corner.

    Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.

  4. 4

    Confirm. Your account and its data are deleted permanently.

What deletion removes

Your account, your dreams and their readings, your onboarding answers, and your streaks. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Payment records held by our payment providers are kept only as long as the law requires; see the privacy policy for details.

One thing to do first

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it first in the App Store or Google Play settings (or, for web subscriptions, from the receipt emails sent by Paddle), then delete the account.

Having trouble?

If you can't reach the app or the steps don't work, email us at support@dreamscapeai.app from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm and remove the account for you.
